Occasionally we accept guest posts too. There is frequently talk of sustainable living, saving money, lifestyle and travel. It is hopefully helpful, sometimes funny and always honest.

On the second day of Christmas .....

...... my true love gave to me ...... no turtle doves but two little loves.

I know I said that our 12 days of Christmas memories would be guest posts but as it is my turn to do Wot So Funee, I couldn't resist sharing the memories that my daughters help to create every single day.

The little one has developed a vivid imagination and bath time can be anything from a hair dressing salon to an afternoon tea party but last night she was making her big sister pretend to be a baby and was feeding her in the bath.

I know this is cute but not particularly very funny, that is until she puts a spoonful of bubbles into her sisters mouth saying "here is some strawberries and icecream .......", and just as her sister closes her mouth, she finishes with "......... and spiders".

She has suddenly developed comic timing from somewhere (it's not me, as I usually tell the punchline way after the moment has passed). So our tea party was filled with bubbles, laughter and spiders! Just your average afternoon tea then eh?

Has your little one said anything funny this week? I would love you to share your post in the linky below.

  1. I love the comic timing thing! The Bug has just got it too. Talking in the car last week about me going off for a day on my own, Jason said he needed to take the kids shopping without me (for my birthday present, I suspect). The Bug pipes up, "Yeah, we're bound to need some milk. And some fruit..." He totally got it! This is so cute :)
