Q: Why is each item slightly different?
A: Alot of the items on the Lilypad have been lovingly handmade, crafted and finished by real people and not machines. This gives them the unique old fashioned quality that isnt found in mass produced toys and our customers think it adds to the appeal!
Q: What are your delivery costs?
A: We charge a standard rate of £2.95 per order in the UK irrespective of how many items you are ordering. Please note that the next day charge is applicable to baby bouquets and not currently available on gifts. Orders for next day delivery need to be received by 1.00pm each day in order to guarantee delivery for the following day. We will always try and despatch your items in one package, which is better for the environment (and the postman) but if we are waiting on a stock delivery or some other reason, we may send your items in two or more packages, this will be at no extra cost. All in-stock items should be with you within 5 working days.
Q: Returns Policy?
A: If you are unhappy with your purchase (which will hopefully never happen) but if it does, please email us at FAQ@littlelilypad.co.uk with your name and the problem and we will arrange for the necessary return and refund as appropriate. Notifications of faults or damage is to be reported within 7 days.

We unfortunately do not offer a returns policy on personalised items unless damaged or faulty.

A: As we have some lovely and desirable items on the Lilypad, there maybe an occasion when items go out of stock. We will always endeavour to keep you up to date with the status and availability of products.

Q: Where do the items come from?
A: We try to source the majority of our products from "real people" in the United Kingdom. This does not apply to the Teddykompaniet products that are lovingly made in Sweden but in general, our products only cross the Lilypond, not the Sea!
Q. Are the product colours on the website accurate to the final products?
A. The colours shown will vary from screen to screen due to your monitor settings. We have taken care to be as accurate as possible in that what you see is a good representation. Therefore, the colour may vary
