Quite recently I posted about my notoriousl "hate basket" but hate leaves a horrible taste in my mouth and positive affimations and a sunny disposition sit much better with me. Once upon a time a friend of mine bought me a hand decorated Pot of Dreams and I have loved filling it, without the ability to raid it at every opportunity. As I was growing up, I remember my Nan opening a savings account at the local Natwest branch and my brother and I steadily saving so that we could see who could get the next "piggy" money box first, so I have always loved money boxes!

The poem that goes with each Pot of Dreams is:

When the first pound goes in

Make a wish and its time to begin

Savings for all that you yearn for

When the pots full to the top,

Its finally time to stop!

Broken open, money will pour,

For all your dreams and more!

Having a pot of dreams is much more productive than a hate basket, they are real for one, well made for two, and apparently if you fill it with £2 coins, they can hold up to £1000! That may be a lot of loose change but maybe just maybe change is all you need?
